REV Robotics warranties that its products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of receipt, and under normal use and conditions for 30 days after receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly inspect and test the products upon receipt and report any manufacturing defects to REV Robotics in writing, preferably by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days of receipt of the product. Before issuing a return, REV Robotics may provide troubleshooting steps and ask for additional information to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely.
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or other product failures caused by abuse or misuse, improper care or storage, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, or damage from normal wear and tear after 30 days of receipt.
If manufacturing defects becomes apparent more than 30 days after the receipt of the product, first contact email@example.com to determine if the issue can be resolved. If the issue cannot be resolved, REV Robotics will provide instructions to return the item for further inspection. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges associated with the warranty return more than 30 days after receipt of the product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund. The customer will pay for the shipping cost when the return is for the customer’s convenience.
If you need to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns sent without contacting email@example.com prior to shipping will not be honored.
Errors by REV Robotics in shipping (i.e. you receive an incorrect product or the wrong quantity of a product) should be reported ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the situation.

When returning items, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
