The HD Hex series motors and gearboxes all features integrated encoders and power that plug right into your REV Expansion Hub or Control Hub, They also feature a 5mm hex output shaft that makes it easy to connect gears, sprockets, wheels, etc. Motor specifications are similar in size and power to other FTC motors with a more convenient output shaft.

Encoder cable and power cables included with motor. The pinion that is installed on this motor is compatible with the 40:1 Hex Gearbox (REV-41-1065) and the 20:1 Hex Gearbox (REV-41-1064). Check out the 550 Motor Pinions (REV-21-1908, EV-41-1660, or REV-41-1608), if transferring power to another gearbox type is needed. The HD Hex Motor No Gearbox is compatible with the 15mm Metal Bent Bare Motor Bracket (REV-41-1566) and 15mm Metal Flat Bare Motor Bracket (REV-41-1567).
